  • Sundew (Woodfords kit)
  • IPA, 5%, 70 IBU. Amarillo
  • IPA with Bramling Cross, Olicom, Endeavour, 35 IBU
  • American Brown Ale, 5%, with Cascade
  • Experimental cocoa nibs white stout
  • Stout, 8%, candi sugar, cocoa nibs, chocolate in mash, coffee in boil
  • Coconut stout, 70C mash. FG: 1.016
  • Milk stout, 3.9%. 1kg lactose in 60L. Golden naked oats.
  • Saison, 18 months old. 6-ish%, fermented at 22C with WLP568.
  • Altbier with K-97 yeast.
  • Imperial stout, 10%
    • 1 bottle conditioned at ambient temp for 18 months
    • 1 bottle conditioned at fridge temp for 12+ months
    • Conclusion: fridge conditioned beer smoother, richer. Ambient conditioned beer harsher, ‘younger’.
