  • Ruby mild, 4.8% with star anise
  • US Brown
  • Green hop beer, First Gold, Chinook, Cascade. S-04.
  • Smoked beer. 48% Weyermann rauch, 26% munich, 9% carapils, 6% choc malt. Homegrown Target and Cascade hops. S-04
  • Smoked 80/-
  • Mixed fermentation beer – “Burning Sky yeast”, 1.052
  • Golden ale, 6.2%. MJ27 and Fermentis Abbey yeasts
  • Green hop beer, 6.2%, with Cascade hops.
  • Blend of previous 2 beers
  • White stout, coffee and Cocoa nibs.
  • Breakfast stout, coffee in the boil.
