  • Jester hop pale ale, 4.5%. EKG, whirlpool.
  • Svetly 11, czech lager, 4%.
  • Jaryllo Pale Ale, 6.5%. 50/50 Pils/Maris, Candi sugar, Perle, 1st gold, haryllo. MG M-31 yeast.
  • Amber session ale, 4%.
  • Mild, 3.8%. Maris (70%), Crystal 135 (9%), Carapils, Black malt (3.5%), Special B (2%). Endeavour hops in boil. Whirlpool 10 mins. 23 IBU. 500g lactose in 60L for mouthfeel.
  • “Lucifer’s Libation”, dark blonde trappist style ale.
  • 5.8% mild – Sarah Hughes clone. Extra dark crystal (10%), crystal 135 (4%). 30 IBU. Nottingham yeast. 76% attenuation.
  • “Tripel Tonsure”, 8%. 7kg Pils, 1kg clear candi sugar, 1kg amber candi sugar. Tetnang, Goldings, Saaz. WLP550.
