  • ESB. 10% crystal, 4% amber, pils malt. 1.054 -> 1.020 (63% attenuation)
  • Green Hop beer, 5.8%
  • Xmas beer, 1 year old. 5.7%
  • Weissbock, 7.2%. 55% Wheat malt, 20% pils, 10% munich. Crystal, carawheat. MJ Bavarian wheat yeast. 3 weeks at 17C, then 19C.
  • Dubbel, 1 year old. 7.5%
  • Dark “stout”, 8%. 79% Maris, 4% choc, oats, crystal, munich and roasted barley.
  • Barleywine, 3 years old, 9%.
  • “Pot pouri beer” – 4 years old, 6%.
  • Belgian strong, 10%, with cherries. 2 years old.
  • Black Cat Imperial stout, 7%
  • Westvletern 12 clone, 18 months old.
  • Imperial stout with oak, 10%
